Custom Orders

Thank you for your interest in our brand. We do Custom Orders of styles that no longer are available, sold-out, and/or as a special request (Wedding, Bridal, Party, etc)

Custom order FEES:
There is an additional fee of $30-$120 depending on request, if additional fabric is needed, additional alterations and/or new patterns. Normally if it's just a style we produce, then we do not need to alter but only to Re-produce in your requested color, which is an additional flat fee of $30. If we need to alter the pattern and/or produce new pattern for the client, then this will be an additional $60-$120 fee, depending on how extensive the changes are.

Custom orders DELIVERY:
Usually approximately 3-4 weeks (this is only an estimate not guaranteed). Custom orders depend on availability of fabrics and/or if we need to dye the requested color, which will require additional 10-14 days for Hand-dying of fabrics. Normally if we have the fabric color on hand, then it is a 2-3 week process.

All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE which means can not be returned, exchanged nor refunded. Discount codes nor Gift vouchers CANNOT be applied towards Custom orders.
