We’re sorry your order didn’t work out.
In the instance that you change your mind, or your purchase is not suitable or the piece is faulty, the following terms and conditions apply. We ONLY do Store Credit or exchange, NO REFUNDS.
This policy applies to all purchases made in-store from ‘Erika Peña Retail Boutiques' and online through the ErikaPena.com
All items must be managed from their original purchase source – Erika Peña. Items purchased from an Erika Peña Retail partner, must be returned to the Retail Partner from where they were purchased and are not managed by Erika Peña retail boutiques or ErikaPena.com
ALL SALE Items & Items bought with a DISCOUNT CODE are FINAL SALE
PLEASE CHECK OUR SIZE CHARTS AND VIDEOS OF GARMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING PURCHASES AS THEY ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, WHICH MEANS NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS OR NO REFUNDS.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All orders must be returned within 5 days of receipt of goods.
All items must be in their original condition, meaning that:
- all tags are still intact;
- the items are in their original packaging; and
- the items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be accepted at the sole discretion of Erika Peña.
All returns are subject to restocking fee of 15%
Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items purchased may be returned for Store Credit ONLY. Once we are notified & the return is authorized then an online Erika Peña credit will be issued, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Erika Peña does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Customized items
- Items purchased with store credit
- Items received as an exchange
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Items purchased with promotional/discount codes
- Earrings and jewelry items
- Underwear and slip dresses
All the items mentioned above are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. If you send any of these items back to us without authorization, you will not receive a refund or store credit, and the item(s) will not be sent back to you.
If you believe an item you purchased was damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please email us at online@erikapena.com and include a description and photograph of the fault.

EXCHANGES
At this time we are accepting only items to be exchanged if damaged and/or incorrect from ordered.
Please email online@erikapena.com to request an Exchange authorization providing proof (Photo or Video), of the wrong or damaged item(s).
Returns that do not meet the above requirements are accepted at the sole discretion of Erika Peña and are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The item(s) must meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted without the approval of Erika Peña.

- Our customer care team will review your inquiry and approve it If all requirements are met.
RETURN SHIPPING
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Erika Peña takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Erika Peña.
REFUND POLICY
At this time, purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
AMENDMENT
This Policy may be amended from time to time by Erika Peña, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check Erika Peña’s current Terms, before making any purchase. If EPD Headquarters chooses to issue a refund to the client both the Merchant Fee & Shipping fee of the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
